The Gauge 1 Model Railway Association (G1MRA) website at https://www.g1mra.com does not collect any personal information, does not use cookies, collects no statistical data concerning visitors, has no login accounts and contains no personal information.

Some pages under g1mra.com link to external sites over which we have no control.

Some pages under g1mra.com link to forms owned by us which are hosted on the Google Forms external site. These forms allow you to supply us with personal information limited to your name and contact details, and to request services. The rest of this privacy notice explains how we process information supplied to us using those forms. With the exception below, we do not share your information with any organisation or any person who is not an officer of G1MRA.

The one exception is that if G1MRA member (A) wishes to contact G1MRA member (B), then A may fill in a form which includes their own contact details. If we can identify G1MRA member B, we will forward a message from A to B with A’s name and email address only. Member B can make their own decision about whether to respond or not and we will take no further part.

We retain the information on any form completed by you for two calendar years after the day that you submitted the form. After two years, for statistical purposes we will keep an anonymised version of your submitted form but with your personal information removed.

You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information..
