#2618£1450GWR Large Prairie 2-6-2 T airbrushed in green; Collett 3100 Class introduced 1938. Clearing private collection: brand new kit build which has been test run only. Battery powered with Fosworks radio control and sound (which alone cost £290). Fitted with an ABC power unit: the best one on the market. Multistage helical cut gearbox and 12V Swiss Maxon motor; smooth and powerfull. With lead in the body the engine has hauled 20 bogies.
#2620£50057XX pannier tank in unlined green, fitted with shirt button transfers. RC fitted and new battery. Some additional detailing such as firing irons on the rear of the bunker.
#2621£2000Coal fired Lion (Titfield Thunderbolt) built by the late Alf Conrad. Amazing 2 cylinder machine with proper wet leg firebox, twin axle pumps etc, tender by Liz Marsden of correct wood and metal construction. Needs external cranks and rods to finish and some plumbing. Runs on air and has been semi-successfully steamed on coconut charcoal. Could be fitted with a ceramic grate to gas fire. An absolute one off masterpiece but realistically owner does not have the time to get it running.
